Transforming Sandy & Brioni’s kitchen
Sandy & Brioni
Hailing from Chicago, Illinois, Sandy knew exactly what he wanted when it came to replacing the family kitchen and utility room at the family home in Pudsey. Having trained in the US as a carpenter he wanted his kitchen to be made from Birch Plywood which is much more common stateside. The advantage of birch plywood cabinets and drawers is longevity and durability.
Brioni is very creative and sourced the laser cut fretwork for the utility room towers, and honed in on the vibrant colour combination which are all RAL colours. Teal lower doors, off-white for the upper doors in the kitchen with a mustard yellow for the utility room.
Timeless Shaker doors (which will likely be repainted in 15 years time) paired with 20mm white quartz surfaces, brickbond wall tiles and very traditional ceramics on the floor. The floating shelves are in clear maple and incorporate LED puck lights.
Brioni had a great input on the design and put together the fantastic colour scheme, which made for a very individual kitchen.
