The new kitchen was designed in a ultra-modern minimalist style with High-gloss painted cupboards and work surfaces in white, giving that ultra clean feeling.

To make the kitchen area as minimalist as possible the cabinets needed to be sleek so the doors were handle-less, instead our master craftsman used a ‘J-Pull’ which is machined into the tops of the base unit doors and the bottom of the wall unit doors.  This acts as a ‘finger-pull’ so doors are still easy to open.

The work surfaces were composite quartz in Samsung ‘Diamond White’, fitted to ensure no overhang to emphasize the minimalist detail and give the kitchen that sleek look.

The kitchen was fitted with a central island also in the composite quartz and included a Abode Matrix R25 one and a half bowl undermount stainless steel sink with an Abode Atlas Monobloc tap in brushed nickel.

To compliment the cabinets and work surfaces we fitted appliances which included Rangemaster Professional Plus 100cm range cooker in black, Luxair 100 cm chimney hood in black, Caple 60cm dual-zone wine cooler in black and Neff integrated fridge-freezer and dishwasher.

In the living space of the room we complimented this with a Solid Oak work surface with upstand complete with 2 open book cases painted in Farrow & Ball matt paint in ‘Pavillion Grey’.

The kitchen and the dining/living area were unified with a Karndean flooring in a planked wood effect.

The final result gave the customer the ultra-modern clean sleek look they wanted as well as a light and airy space to relax in.
